David Keogh brings both high-level playing experience and professional training certification. He was named Captain of the football team at Curry College, earned his Master’s degree while playing at SUNY Maritime, and went on to play professional football in Nice, France, Lisbon, Portugal, and for two seasons in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He also holds a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Training is available for athletes ages 5 and up. Programs are adjusted based on age, experience level, and individual development needs.
Yes. Athletic training supports athletes from all sports. While football is the main focus, strength, movement, and performance training applies across many athletic disciplines.

KQBA is based in Putnam County and Northern Westchester. Travel to other locations is available when needed, however distance and travel costs are taken into consideration.
